Role Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks and food
Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, liquor (and Champagne :))
Evaluate customer's needs and make recommendations
Provide excellent customer service, so guests feel taken care of
Pre-mix ingredients to prepare cocktails during shifts
Plan and prepare drinks menu as needed
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
Direct barbacks/utility to restock and replenish bar inventory
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Manage the beer, wine, liquor, Champagne and supply inventory
Develop, purchase and stock orders
Perform closing checkouts
Arrange inventory for special events
Point of contact for all bar related issues and concerns from a guest and peer perspective

We want you to look as sparkling as your workplace! Present yourself in a neat, clean, and professional manner. Uniform to be self-provided and follow Blanc standards. Apron, pens, and wine key will be provided.
