Role Responsibilities and Duties
Wash and sanitize glassware, dishes, utensils, and other bar equipment with care for our delicate glassware.
Assist bartenders and servers with maintaining the fizz in service areas.
Maintain the correct level of par stocks, handling, and storage of all dishwashing materials
Check proper wash and rinse temperatures
Adhere to sanitation and safety standards at all times to keep our bar safe.
Clean and maintain bathrooms at the start and finish of service.
Ability to learn some light prep work for the kitchen or bar needs
Strong organizational skills to organize all kitchen small wares, storage containers, plateware, etc.
Food handlers permit would be ideal
About the Role

We want you to look as sparkling as your workplace! Present yourself in a neat, clean, and professional manner. You will be provided with a Blanc T- Shirt and apron. Please wear this for each shift with non-slip shoes. We suggest chef pants or any pants you feel comfortable in.
