Role Responsibilities and Duties
Label stock and organize all ingredients on shelves.
Wash, chop and sort ingredients like fruits, vegetables and meats for service ,
Maintain pars for all items in make stations
Receive and check in all deliveries ensuring product, accuracy of product, quantities, quality, and freshness.
Follow directions on recipes measuring quantities of seasonings and other ingredients to ensure consistency of all recipes.
Check for special events and rooftop menu needs and prep accordingly.
Ability to train new employees on how to prepare recipes and various ingredients for the line.
Clean and sanitize your workspace at all times.
Par cook food, reduce sauces and start first steps in various recipes for all of the make stations
Adhere to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards
Keep track of ingredient inventory and collaborate with other kitchen and management staff to order resupply
About the Role

We want you to look as sparkling as your workplace! Present yourself in a neat, clean, and professional manner. You will be provided with a Blanc T- Shirt. Please wear this for each shift with non-slip shoes. We suggest chef pants or any pants you feel comfortable in.
